Alex Ciccarelli
as Ella

Alex was born and raised in Atlanta, a rarity for most actors in town. She has an extensive background in theater, beginning at the tender age of three. She has had the pleasure of being onstage at the Alliance Theater, The ART Station, Button Theater, Down Right Theater, and various community theater productions in the Atlanta area. Favorite roles include Belle in Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Rosie in Bye, Bye Birdie, Hilda in Plain and Fancy, Hodel in Fiddler on the Roof, Shelby in Steel Magnolias, Alex in On the Verge or The Geography of Yearning, and a flirty secretary in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying for which she received a Metropolitan Theater Award nomination. Alex has also had the pleasure of teaching acting classes for children 6-16 in addition to being the Assistant Director of The Pius Players of St. Pius X Catholic High School for 7 years during which they produced such fantastic shows as West Side Story, Guys and Dolls, Oklahoma, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Les Miserables. While most at home on the stage, Alex is excited about transitioning into film. Her film credits include Passing Glory and Screwed and now the lead, Ella Wilson, in Gloworm Productions film Special Needs. Not only is Alex at home on stage, she is a natural in front of the camera. Her striking, natural beauty offers viewers a look at an up and coming star. Alex is currently seeking representation, but seems to be doing pretty well on her own.
